Beijing Hangxing Chuandong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Starservor"), established in 2021, is a private supplier oriented towards the "Air, Space and Sea" fields, providing "full process, systematic" support and services such as "research and development, design, batch production, testing, and after-sales" for actuator systems and servo systems. Starservor provides products and services for servo systems in various fields of "Sea, Land, Air, and Space" equipment for its customers, has established an aerospace product development system, and has the quality control capability for the development and batch production of servo systems, with complete military industry qualifications. The core members of Starservor have more than 15 years of research and development experience in national major projects, have won two provincial and ministerial first prizes, and have closely cooperated with many commercial aerospace companies.
Starservor's core business is the production of servo system products for military and civilian use across sea, land, air, and space, which mainly includes commercial aerospace servo systems, fixed-wing UAV, eVTOL and UUV actuator/servo systems. Starservor's core products are primarily divided into two categories: "medium and small power electric actuator systems" and "medium to large power electromechanical servo systems". The power range of these two categories covers from 20W to 60kW, meeting the "customized, specialized, and scaled" application needs of different power levels in the fields of " Commercial spaceflight, commercial aviation, commercial shipping" and special equipment industries. The company has completed the research, design, and product testing of 14 types and more than 30 models of servo-related products. Starservor was the first in China to develop a cryogenic control valve actuator, with products delivered to CASIC Rocket Company; it was also the first in China to develop a grid fin deployment and folding mechanism and a swinging mechanism (for liquid recoverable rocket technology), with products delivered to i-Space.
Starservor's series of servo systems are highly regarded in the industry for their innovative design of "lightweight, compact, long-lasting, and high reliability". The rated output torque of the rotary actuator series ranges from 2Nm to 1600Nm, and the rated output force of the linear servo series ranges from 1000N to 150000N. The servo systems feature high control precision, strong environmental adaptability, and outstanding overall performance indicators, achieving "miniaturization, integration, modularization, and lightweighting". They meet users' demands for minimal installation space and high-performance specifications, offering lower costs and a higher cost-performance ratio.
Over the past three years of operation, Starservor has established cooperation with several military industry groups such as China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited (CASIC), Aviation Industry Corporation of China,LTD.(AVIC), and China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC). The company has now entered multiple model programs. Its main target customers include: Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, i-Space, Space Transportation, Galactic Energy, AVIC Xi'an Aircraft Industrial Corporation etc.; technical and industrial support partners include: CATL, Tsinghua University, Beijing Institute of Technology, and Northwestern Polytechnical University.
The core team of Starservor is composed of members from the aerospace and aviation systems, all of whom have extensive experience in the full lifecycle development of electromechanical servo systems, with an average of over 14 years in the industry and rich experience in pre-research, development, and mass production of models. The company's Chairman and CEO, Zhenbo Yue, is a self-trained master's graduate and senior engineer from the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (CALT). He has been engaged in the research and development and project management of various types of tactical weapons and special aircraft in the field of aerospace for more than 10 years and is the developer of the first set of servo software and control algorithms for domestic aerospace electromechanical servo systems. The company's Deputy General Manager and CTO, Chong Xiao, holds a bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree from Beijing Institute of Technology and is a senior engineer, primarily responsible for the research and development management of Starservor. Mr. Xiao has been involved in the research and development and project management of aerospace aircraft technology for over a decade, having served as the chief designer of the model at the 18th Institute of Aerospace Academy One and as a member of the Aerospace Academy One's expert group in the field of air and space.
