Founded in 2015 by our partners Yin Qichun, Tan Hao and Prosperity Investment,D.T. Lake Equity Investment(D.T. Lake) focuses on investing in the field of information technology. It has already formed a relatively complete investment layout in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, information security and other IT basic technology enterprises, and has invested in several key enterprises in vertical industries such as medical information and education information.

In Aug 2015, we were honored to be a member of the Private Equity Fund Manager (Registration number: P1021691), approved by Asset Management Association of China(AMAC).

Till now, D.T Lake Equity Investment manages 10 venture capital funds:

HongqiHaochun,BoyanJiaming,BojiaTaihui,JiafengHeshun,ShunyuYiming,HongjiJiahui,SuzhouMingwang,HefeiJiaoyingjiaming Suzhou Yuxiangrong  and Suzhou Tianyanghengjun.

We have invested in various extraodinary start-ups including ChinaSie, Uxsino, vTradEx, iStarshine, Tophant, PARATERA, QingCloud, Hillstone,  t2Cloud,  MiiVii Dynamic, Hongzhiwei , Satelliteherd, NuboMed, HeQiJuLi, XiDing, Cosmosource, Haifang Technology, Snow Lake Technology , Forsense Technology , HanDao Tech, FLUX and Starservor.

Recognized by investors, D.T.Lake combines a steady and mature investment style with outstanding performances. D.T.Lake Investment has invested 22 excellent portfolio companies since it was established. One of our portfolio companies, ChinaSiE launched its initial public offering on 3rd Aug 2017 at Shenzhen Venture Exchange(Stock Number: 300687); Hillstone Networks has successfully been listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock No. 688030) on 30th Sept 2019; Beijing QingCloud Technology Co., LTD. QingCloud has successfully been listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 16, 2021, the stock code is "688316"; Beijing Paratera Co.,Ltd (“Paratera”) has successfully been listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange (NYSE) on 1 November 2023 under the ticker symbol “839493.” Until Sept, 2020, we have exited 3 portfolios(Tophant, vTradEX and T2Cloud) by acquisition.
